1 Introduction

Welcome to luck67. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and luck67 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the luck67 platform — including all games, betting markets, promotions and support services — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

luck67 is an online gaming platform designed specifically for Pakistani players, operating with PKR as the sole account currency. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device or IP address — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, luck67 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held in them.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information when registering at luck67. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number and preferred payment method details. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of balance.

• Only one account permitted per person, household, mobile number and payment method
• Registration is open to Pakistani residents aged 18 and above
• luck67 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason
• Employees of luck67 and their immediate family members are not eligible to register
• All information provided must be truthful — luck67 may request documentary proof at any time

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luck67 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. luck67 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

luck67 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify player identity. Verification may be triggered at registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, when unusual account activity is detected, or when a player reaches certain transaction thresholds. KYC is a standard industry requirement and is in place to protect players against identity fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

4 Deposits and Payments

5 Withdrawals

luck67 is committed to fast, reliable withdrawals for verified players. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not negotiable for first-time withdrawals.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

5.3 Withdrawal Refusals

luck67 may decline a withdrawal request if the account has not completed KYC verification, if there is evidence of fraudulent activity, if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or if the withdrawal method cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder. In all cases where a withdrawal is declined, luck67 will provide a clear reason and path to resolution.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

luck67 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions. All bonuses at luck67 are governed by the general conditions in this section as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's terms.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses at luck67 carry a minimum wagering requirement of 15× the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted, unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless the promotion specifies a different validity period

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance; real money is wagered first before bonus funds are used

6.2 Welcome Bonus

Duplicate accounts created to claim the welcome bonus multiple times are a violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated balances.

6.3 Abuse of Bonuses

luck67 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk (e.g., covering all outcomes across multiple accounts), and exploiting promotional errors or system bugs. Players found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available at luck67 — slots, live casino, table games, sports betting and other categories — operate under certified fair-play standards. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are independently tested and certified. Live casino games use real physical equipment operated by professional dealers in licensed studio environments.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG or real physical dealing processes — they cannot be influenced by luck67 or any third party

7.1 Sports Betting Rules

All cricket betting, football betting and other sports markets at luck67 are governed by standard sports betting rules applicable to each sport. Pre-match bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regulation play unless otherwise stated. In-play bets are settled on confirmed live scores. luck67 reserves the right to suspend markets or void bets where event integrity concerns exist.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at luck67. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform. In serious cases, relevant information may be passed to appropriate authorities.

• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including bonus abuse or circumventing exclusions
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Using software, bots, scripts or other automated tools to interact with luck67 games or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games or any betting market
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity — luck67 cooperates fully with anti-money laundering investigations

• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies systematically designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies

10 Refer a Friend Programme

luck67's Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn PKR rewards by introducing new players to the platform. • Referral rewards are only paid when the referred player is genuinely new — not previously registered at luck67 under any identity
• The referred player must complete registration through the referrer's unique link and make a qualifying first deposit of Rs 500 or more
• Referral rewards cannot be earned by referring yourself through a secondary account — this constitutes account duplication and will result in both accounts being closed
• luck67 reserves the right to withhold referral rewards where fraud, collusion or abuse of the programme is suspected
• Referral rewards form part of your luck67 balance and are subject to a minimum 5× wagering requirement before withdrawal unless the current programme terms state otherwise
• The referral programme terms, including reward amounts, may be updated at any time; changes take effect from the date of announcement

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the luck67 platform — including but not limited to the luck67 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of luck67 or its licensed suppliers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, modify or create derivative works from any luck67 content without express written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the luck67 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, mirror or reproduce any part of the luck67 platform by automated means.

12 Limitation of Liability

luck67 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. luck67 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, device failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• luck67's maximum liability to any individual player for any single incident is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident
• luck67 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity or emotional distress
• luck67 is not responsible for the actions of third-party payment processors, including delays caused by Easypaisa, JazzCash, banking partners or card networks
• Game outcomes are final once the result is confirmed by our server logs — luck67 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player

13 Amendments to These Terms

luck67 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification or email to the address associated with the account. The updated Terms will take effect seven (7) days after notification, except where immediate changes are required to address legal or security concerns, in which case they take effect immediately.

Continued use of luck67 following the notification period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the platform before they take effect and contact support to close your account. luck67 will process any outstanding balance in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of the account closure request.

14 Governing Rules and Contact Information

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the terms of luck67's operating licence and applicable platform policies. luck67 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or legally available to players in jurisdictions outside its operational scope.

14.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your luck67 experience, the first step is to contact our support team via live chat or email. The majority of complaints are resolved at this stage within 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate your complaint by requesting a formal review, which will be handled by a senior team member within 5 working days.
